Product meh and service worse than bad
I tried Raka against ingrown hair in 2020. It's a strong smelling watery lotion that you apply twice a day and, I thought, with their money back guarantee, no man overboard. I sometimes have an ingrown hair here and there. And red bumps are not unknown to me either. Girlfriends even more often and after some discussion, I sacrificed myself. Methodically I applied eaka daily and also tried their scrub and shaving cream in combination with my straight razor, as recommended. After a month, the score was really terrible. I was even more troubled by the inconveniences it has to remedy. After contacting photos, an extremely friendly employee asked me to keep it up for another month and double the frequency of lubrication to 4x a day. Customer Service told me that it was impossible to get through the products and that the 100% satisfied guarantee could not be the case in my situation, because that's how she concluded: you'll have a skin problem then. After quitting Raka: complaints it gave back to as before within 1 week. A big fat No and especially on the service. You should use a good shaving cream in combination with an open blade. Exfoliate every week and you have better results

Possible tip for shaving bumps!
A few years ago, I had a lot of problems with razor bumps during the summer. I then looked for products that were specifically aimed at reducing shaving bumps and ended up with this product. Now I'm reading several reviews where the product is not recommended. For me, the product helped a lot, but I used it in combination with some other things in my routine: - scrub the skin with a sugar scrub - shave with a clean and sharp razor blade and shaving gel from the Etos (pink package). This gave me no irritation and it feels soft. - use Ylonn raka - take care of it with a shaving oil (I use Veet's) This way, my shaving bumps have been reduced in a short time!
