Blurggh not blur

What a waste of time and money! Bought this after a recommendation from someone on line. Said it was perfect for eleven and marionette lines and crows feet. Says it can be used alone or under powder. So I tried both ways. I have a single eleven line and eye wrinkles. Dabbed a little on the eleven line - looked good and blurred out great. Eye wrinkles nope. Sank into them and made the skin look all crepey-Yuck! Tried foundation over it - it all came off and went lumpy like wallpaper paste. Tried just translucent powder over it - nope. Product just pilled up where the powder stuck to it and looked almost curdled on my skin! Have tried a couple more times with different products but same result so in the bin it goes
