The shampoo comes in a fine squeeze bottle with a handy cap. The scent is neutral, slightly soapy, which is nice if you don't like strong scents. The substance is a bit slippery, though, so it can easily slip out of your hands if you're not paying attention. You only need a small amount, and the shampoo cleans my hair well. After rinsing, my hair feels smooth and fresh, and my scalp feels calm and not tight. Even the day after, I don't notice any annoying itching or tight skin, something I often experience with other shampoos. This shampoo is therefore highly recommended, especially for people with a sensitive scalp!

Finally, a shampoo that doesn't make my hair like straw, doesn't make it greasy and makes it feel clean. I've been using it in combination with the conditioner for a while now and I'm totally a fan!
