Decided to try this product after much deliberation. I have wanted to give them a go for years but I was always apprehensive about if they’d be difficult to use and fully effective (nothing worse than leaks or worrying about them!) I checked online about which size to buy (pretty easy directions tbh) and went for it. Not going to lie, it’s pretty awkward to start with, but once you get the hang of it, it’s a game changer. I’d have given it 5 stars other than the difficulty getting used to using it. I’d say the first 2 or 3 times were difficult to get it right, but now it’s pretty easy. I have only used mine for one cycle and I already feel more confident when using this than when using tampons- I can’t see there being an issue with leaks etc. And it’s much better for the environment! (And cheaper too). Definitely worth the perseverance of getting used to it.

Not practical at all, I don't recommend at all. Ask for too much preparation and not hygienic I think
