Tips for dry skin
16-1-2021 Especially in winter we suffer from dry skin. What's that coming? We're more inside with the heating high on. This creates a drier air that will drier your skin itself. So the first tip I have on this one is: 1. Put wet towels or tea towels over your stove. This helps keep the humidity a little good and dry your skin less. 2. A good moisturizer is a must. I'm using this Dr. Jetske moisturizer. So far the best I've been able to find! It's a bit on the pricey side. Luckily, there are more moisturizer that do their job just fine. Pay particular attention to the following ingredients: panthenol, vegetable oils, niacinamide, glycerin, hyaluronic acid and shea butter. These ingredients bring and keep moisture in the skin. 3. Drink plenty of water! Drinking too little water has a bad effect on the condition of the skin and then mainly moisture content. 4. Use a mild cleanser without sulfates and alcohol and do not use a scrub but an exfoliant.

Makes my eczema-sensitive skin super happy
My skin is dry and therefore unfortunately gets eczema quickly. My skin is also super sensitive. After years of searching, I have been using this product successfully for 7 years. Since then, I have no eczema on my face and no hypersensitivity reactions since this moisturizer. Why not one more star? Because it just doesn't hydrate enough. I suffer from this, especially in the winter. Then a bottle lasts quite quickly and for that price, I think it's an expensive product, because I'll have to apply creams or oils with other pharmacies.
