Works really great! I fall asleep badly (and once my husband starts snoring I can completely forget it). If I take 1 pill about an hour in advance, I notice that I fall asleep faster and better because of sleep. I wake up more rested and don't want to go without these pills anymore 😴

Oww, I'm so sorry that you had bad dreams about it. You also have tea that contains less melatonin, maybe this won't make you dream? I'm going to delve into that nose plug 🤣 thanks!

I sleep really badly and my friend too. For me this is a real lifesaver! I take 1 pill half an hour before bedtime and feel my body tired at that time and fall asleep in no time. Highly recommended for me! Only these pills don't work for everyone, I had my friend tested them and they didn't do anything with him. Maybe it's different with everyone? What do you think? 😇 Ps: these pills consist of a substance (melatonin) that your own body also creates, so they're not really sleeping pills!

@ [Adriana Breider] (letsbeautiful) too bad it doesn't work for you, I also have the SugarBearHair Sleep pills (gummy bears) and they work well for me too. These are vegan and cruelty free! The only downside is that they are quite expensive ($30 for 1 month and then another $15 for shipping to Belgium). But they are good and work great, but they don't work for everyone either. My sister had also tried this one and unfortunately it didn't work for her. I hope you can quickly find an alternative that works for you. 💕💞
