Prep + Prime 24-Hour Extend Eye Base

to be very honest I didn't really give this primer a fair chance. it is absolutely not a bad primer, but my preference is for a primer that gives an even base to my eyelid and hide the veins. This can also be done with a concealer I set with a powder. i notice that this primer in my drawer captures more dust than I use it.
