I have been using them on and off for a while now and I'm not sure if there is really a very large effect on my hair. Yes, i can see some growth in my hair, but difficult to say if it is because of the gummies or other things I do. But, the gummies are Greta and most times on offer so not too much money. But if you don't have a lot to spend, don't use them.

life saver! very happy with this product, have been using it myself for a number of years now and am mega excited about this. my hair has already experienced quite a lot from coloring to decolorizing and this has definitely saved my hair. i take them for about 3 months and then i stop again for a while otherwise they go on over time, of course, I can't help anymore. but, I honestly can't do without which is why I start over and over again. Moreover, they are super tasty too, definitely recommended for people with damaged hair!
