Effective spot treatment
I recieved the Zitsticka Killa Extra Strength patches to test as part of the superdrug community. These spot patches offers a targeted treatment for deep early stage acne. They use ‘Microdarts’ to deliver powerful ingredients to fight spots and results can be seen after 2 hours. Each pack contains four effective microdart patches, and 4 cleansing wipes to clean the area before applying. They are quick and easy to apply and stay on the spot, even when I’ve left the patch on overnight. I’ve definitely noticed results when using these- redness is reduced and inflammation eased. And my spots don’t linger for as long as it speeds up the healing process. My only negative point is that at £14.99 for only 4 patches they are quite expensive so I’d only use them on bad spots rather than all my spots.

The ZitSticka is really a holy grail in the area of just emerging acne. The kit includes cleaning wipes and stickers with small microdarts. The aim is to first disinfect the skin in the emerging pimple with the cleansing cloth. It contains good active substances: Alcohol, Water, Melaleuca Alternifolia Tea Tree Leaf Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate, Salicylic Acid. After that you can do the sticker with small needles on the pimple. It consists of: Sodium Hyaluronate, Oligopeptide-76, Niacinamide, Sodium Hydroxide, Salicylic Acid. These ingredients also work very well to reduce acne. My Experience: I really love ZitSticka. At first I was afraid that the needles containing the stickers were going to hurt, but that was really easy. Besides that, it really works great. I only use it in the evening so the sticker can work for a long time. The next day my pimples are less fat and painful, but unfortunately they are still red. This will decrease after a few days. The microdarts are completely dissolved the next day to some kind of jelly. I really recommend this product, but it is meant for just emerging pimples. The price is a real downside. You get 8 cleaning wipes and stickers for 30 euros. My advice: save it for emergencies!

Tried Tested - Its Good! :) (Extended Review) Hi Ladies, as you have recently been used to from my post, I deal with acne and am forever looking for acne fighting products. Through one of my favo skincare youtubers (Susan Yara - Mixed Make Up) I came across a product that I just really had to test (and Susan had/has a discount code that I wanted to try it out). Namely the ZitSticka. This isn't your usual acne patch, but just a little bit more. This acne patch contains micro needles that treat acne very purposefully and effectively because of the ingredients contained in it and the micro needles (which you don't feel, except for some small stimuli when applying the sticker). A box contains 8 stickers and 8 cleaning swabs and the ingredients included in the sticker are: Sodium Hyaluronate, Oligopeptide-76, Niacinamide, Sodium Hydroxide, Salicylic Acid and for cleaning swab: Alcohol, Water, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate, Salicylic Acid Now you can think that the cleaning swab has a controversial ingredient: alcohol, but this is meant as an antiseptic and hence it's not bad... because you only use it over the pimple for a while. how to use it? First you use the cleaning swab to clean the surface level of your pimple, then very simple, you put the pimple patch on it and press it for 5 to 10 sec so that the needles are really pressed and the sticker is well stuck. Within 2 hours the needles will be in your skin sink completely and become the pimple patch flat. best is to use it in the evening/night - before bedtime - and take off the next morning. does it work and what do I think of it? yes it works for “visible” and emerging acne the results are quickly visible. For hormonal/blind acne not so much. for that you have to use it more ofmen/daily and is not worth it because you pay pretty much for 8 pieces. It's a fine product, I'm happy with it only personally I'm not going to buy it again. The reason for that is because all the ingredients in it I use serums every day and therefore I prefer to use some cheaper pimple patches. I think twice to use this because of the ingredients. my routine is always in the evening to use serums first and then my pimple patch over it. so it comes down to the same. Who is this meant for? It's a good product and it works! I recommend someone who doesn't use that much serums may suffer from a pimple to use this. Why is this a good product? The ingredients! work effectively and you have no acne scar or stain because of it!! Minus? Yes! the packaging! Prieve a little awful! Although I get it for sanitary reasons but so much plastic is a bit of a shame! I understand they're working on doing something about this and getting smarter with it... lets see so that was my extensive review about this:) if you have any questions, I'd love to hear it! xoxo
