Tattoo liner ultimate black

I don't wear eyeliner often since I'm not very good at it and my eyes appear dark soon, but when I put it on I use this liner! Has a nice point and is easy to use. Dot doesn't dry up quickly, otherwise you can turn the tip for a new point. Have these for a long time now and it's still not dry!!
