Great how this shampoo came in combination with the hair mask. Nicely packed with a personal card. In addition, there was a good explanation of how you can best use these products. The product has almost a clinical appearance. A product that you would buy in a pharmacy. To open the shampoo package, you must remove a foil from the bottle. This was very difficult to remove and required a sharp object. The product smells surprisingly good! A separate substance with a grey look. When used, the shampoo lathers wonderfully. Lovely in the shower. Only after using this shampoo twice in the past 2 weeks (as a result of the explanation and in alternation with my own shampoo) do I have a huge problem with my scalp after drying my hair. An itchy feeling and my hair also gets greasy very quickly. This is something that normally doesn't bother me, but I stopped using the shampoo. This isn't a match for me.
