A Decent Setting Spray.

I saw a lot of hype around this primer/setting spray so purchased a mini of it to try it. Firstly, packaging is lovely & price point wise it’s more on the expensive side but like myself you can purchase a mini size one if you don’t want to commit purchasing a full size one if you’ve not tried it before. I’ve not really used this as a primer, I use it as a setting spray. It has a fine mist & a subtle scent but not overpowering. I have dry skin & this puts much needed hydration back into my face. It really sets my makeup well & its long lasting although I do use it to top up during the day. I would definitely repurchase it & I recommend it. I’ve dropped one star off my rating due to the cost of it!

Glowing primer for anyday

Absolutely love this product on its own or under makeup. I use this alone to give my skin that boost and glow. It provides a light natural shimmer that just brightens the skin. Under makeup it provides the best base to foundation which sits on it beautifully. It gives it a glow even from underneath. An absolute must have primer for any day.

It’s okay, but it doesn’t do much.

I love Rare Beauty! This was my very first product from them. And if you know Rare Beauty, you know it’s a bit expensive. I bought the mini and paid €18. That’s why I don’t wanna be too generous. Maybe that’s why it doesn’t do much for me. When I applied it on my hand, it left a beautiful shimmer for the rest of the day, but it looked more like uneven patches of glitter on my face. Maybe because my T-zone is oily? Maybe I am not supposed to warm it up in my hand first? I don’t know 😬
