Although I'm now a fan of the shampoo, I have to admit that it was certainly not from the start. I noticed that when my hair was on the somewhat 'oily' side, it was difficult to clean my hair with this shampoo. I noticed this because a greasy layer, especially at the back of my hair, stuck after washing and drying. I found this very annoying! When I added the list of ingredients, I immediately noticed that there are few sulfates in the shampoo, which of course reduces product foaming and less thorough cleaning. Despite that, there are also many caring ingredients in this shampoo! I really had to find a way to incorporate this shampoo into my routine, but after quite a few washes, I found a way that works perfectly for me! I wash my hair twice a week with a sulfate-free shampoo (including this one from Gisou) to give my hair the peace and quality it deserves. And trust me, this shampoo really makes your hair feel soft and shiny. In addition, I also wash my hair once a week with a sulfate-rich shampoo to give my scalp and hair a deep, thorough cleansing. This has become a nice balance for me and I notice how healthy my hair looks and feels! I would recommend the product, yes! The scent and care are real plus points! However, it didn't give me the results I wanted at first and took a long time. That's why I find it difficult to recommend whether this works for everyone's hair type. But for me, it has definitely become a must in my hair routine at the moment!
