I used this supplement for a while. I noticed a huge difference. My hair grew a lot faster and shone better, nails became stronger and broke less quickly, and my skin became smoother. You should not take it in combination with other medications.

It is difficult to really determine if the result comes from the tablets. But I have considerably stronger nails and fuller hair since using the tablets. Definitely a must!

Definitely worth a try! I first bought a small jar (30 pills) to see if I noticed ANYTHING of difference since there are so many pills on the market that then do nothing at all. I've always had acrylic nails, but because of the corona crisis, I had to do without it for a while because the nail salons were closed. My nails were so damaged that I could bend them literally in all directions. As a result, I wanted to try these pills and after 3 weeks I noticed a real difference! My nails became harder and stronger and looked a lot healthier. I have been using it for 3 months now and I am really happy with it! I don't really notice any difference in my skin, but my hair grows a lot faster now (for my feeling) too! I do recommend using this product for a longer period of time, as you don't notice any difference right after a week.
