Glossier You Parfum

I personally don’t get the hype of this perfume. It’s nice but doesn’t have a deep, complicated smell nor does it give off anything unique. I’ve had to wear it for a few weeks to get used to it, but even now, I’m still not a massive fan. I’ve noticed that for me, layering with a vanilla scent seems to make the perfume come alive and I’ve started to warm to it a lot more and have received plenty of compliments on it. I feel like Tuberose from Zara has the same energy as this perfume, but has a slightly more powdery finish. I do feel like this isn’t a blind buy perfume at all as it’s just so hit and miss with how it will sit on your skin. I know that makes it an infinitely harder decision as to whether or not you buy BUT at the price point, it’s not too bad but have a sweeter perfume you like to layer with it just in case you don't like how soft it is.

In theory I love this scent, it’s unisex and musky but also sweet and bright. I’ve gotten a few compliments on it but I am not as wowed by it as I thought I would be based on others’ reviews. Ultimately, I think the alcohol in the scent comes off as too strong and it hides any real complexity in the perfume.

A lovely soft scent, fun and delicious for daily use and also a great idea to give it to someone as a gift, the scent is really soft and goes with everything. It's easy to combine and that's so great! I'm going to order more right away! Top fragrance
