Perfect base for oily lids

I have hooded eyes and suffer with oily lids so struggle with my eyeshadow shifting. I have been using p louise rumour base for 3 years and it is the perfect product to keep my eyeshadow put! No shifting or gathering in the crease and it lasts all day.

My most used base.

I never used to prime my eyes before putting on my eyeshadow and one of the YouTubers I watched was using it in there videos so I thought it can’t be that bad. Brought from the PLouise website and received the item. So when using this I was a little bit scared wondering is it going to work or mess my looks up and to my surprise it worked magically. The eyeshadow popped off my eyes and it made my whole look last from in the morning till I went to bed and it still looked the same as when I applied it. Using it was so easy when they say a little goes a long way they mean it. So I squeezed a small amount at first thinking if I need more I can add more, apply it from the back of my hand using a flat brush I patted the base onto the lid of my eyes and the after I was happy to make it look seem less I used a damp blending sponge to even it out. I would highly recommend this to anyone that wants to make there eyeshadow last or anyone that wants to up there eyeshadow game. I will never go back to placing eyeshadows on a unprimed eye ever again. Also the price of a tube is well worth the cost as you only need a small amount so that’s a bonus as it will last you ages.

Perfect canvas

This base is without a doubt the best eyeshadow primer, it is full coverage and transfer proof once set, it provides the perfect base for eyeshadows, it also works to cut creases and again once dry it isn’t budging at all, if you want to make the most of your shadows I would 100% recommend
