This powder will lock your makeup in place. It has a bit of a glow but no obvious glitters or pigments. I wouldn’t recommend this for super oily skin as it’s not a mattifying product. I used this on a sponge to set my under eyes and a brush all over my face and it didn’t go patchy or cakey.

About 2 weeks ago I received a package from Douglas containing this E.L.F. Halo Glow Setting Powder. I saw a lot of positive reviews about this and that's why I bought it myself. I agree with all those reviews, because I really like it too! I noticed that my concealer stays in place very well because of this and I really like that! Definitely recommended.
