I've used about 10 days worth of these strips, and brought 20. I wouldn't say I've noticed a massive e difference so far, but it definitely lifts stains and has made them very slightly white. I think after 10 more days it'll be more noticeable. I have slightly sensitive teeth and have actually found these fine to use in that sense - no pain.

I bought these on the recommendation of my niece when I asked how she got her white teeth. If you do it for several days in a row, you can really see a difference! Especially if you do an entire cure of, for example, 14 days. Please note, your teeth may become a bit more sensitive. That's why I often leave a few days between them so that I don't get sensitive teeth by drinking cold water, for example. Crest now also has packaging for sensitive teeth.

Very good product! I always use this at night before going to sleep. Always make sure your teeth are well dry before application and don't forget to stretch the strip. The more you want your teeth to be whiter, the longer you can hold them without a problem. Note if you have sensitive teeth, I recommend leaving a few days in between, at each turn. Still gives a good result!
