Charlotte's Beautiful Skin Foundation

I was looking forward to try this foundation, seen many reviews hyping over it and unfortunately for me its a disappointment. The shade (number 2) is bit to dark for me. Foundation sink into every possible wrinkle (didn’t even seen them before!), flake bit if skin (never had dry and flaky skin like that with any other foundation! I even got Charlotte Tilbury Porless Primer hoping this will help foundation, unfortunately that didn’t made any difference. After 3/4 hours foundation gets patchy even with setting powder and spray. I wish this worked for me like it’s promised on the packaging but unfortunately I can’t find any positives. Won’t buy it again.

This is a favorite foundation with a soft focus effect, which smoothes the skin and makes it glow. The formula is hydrating, not cakey, and the texture is velvety. I still have a few Charlotte Tilbury favorites, but this one is definitely #1. If you're going for a soft glam look, then the Beautiful Skin foundation is definitely for you. It really depends on what you're looking for in your makeup look. For me, this foundation is perfect for both casual days and a real night out. It has a dewy finish. You should keep in mind that it has a medium coverage, which makes it a bit lighter. The substance is fairly fluid and you can always apply more layers for more coverage. This is one of the few foundations where I've been able to find my perfect color (2 Neutral). I think this one will stay one of my favorites forever!
