It literally is a lifesaver and time saver I suffer with dry ends but very greasy roots so I try to only wash my hair twice a week and in between washes I shake the can give my root a good spray evenly leave it a few minutes then brush and style my hair as normal it's just like having clean fresh smelling hair plus the scent is really fresh and sweet smelling and very affordable aswell everyone should have a can of this especially on a morning if you are in a rush it really is the hair sos in a can
