This is by far the best spot prone skin cleanser on the market I've tried many and as soon as I run out I immediately purchase again. I have polyscistic ovaries and so my hormones are all over the place this cleanser sorts it all out and doesn't irritate my dry sensitive skin. My holy grail product for my skin.
