I have quite sensitive skin, do you think this cleanser is likely to cause irritation?

It's quite safe! The ingredients are generally recognised as safe even for sensitive skin. But if you have allergies to coconut or coconut butter I'd steer clear, and phenoxyethanol is an ingredient that may irritate already existant eczema if you have it, and can cause some allergy in certain people but it's very random. I'd do a patch test and see what happens, but it's generally not irritant to sensitive skin
