What's the best kit to use

I've been using this eyebrow powder for years and it just doesn't work. I mainly use the dark color, which matches very well. It is a fine powder that is well pigmented but not too much. The brush and rinse that comes with it is useful for holidays. For daily use, I use my own brush, because they work better. It's also great that it has a mirror in it.
