When do you use a toner?

Step 1: Oil makeup remover (in the evening) Step 2: Cleanser Step 3: liquid exfoliant Step 4: Toner Step 5: Non-washable mask (sheet mask, for example) Step 6: Essence Step 7: Serum Step 8: Eye Cream Step 9: moisturizer Step 10: SPF (every 2 to 3 hours in the morning and throughout the day) Here are the steps you can take. I would recommend double cleansing every night! You can also skip the steps you don't have in your collection. A Toner also ensures that your skin is still slightly moist, so that all your subsequent products absorb better. Think of your skin as a houseplant! If you give a plant with dry soil a lot of water right away, the water will simply stay on top. But if you first apply a little bit of water to the dry soil, you will see that in itself paves the way for the water to come. That's exactly how the skin works too!
