K18 Hair Mask

I wish I had read more reviews before buying this. It makes your hair feel quite nice the first time you use it but after that I’ve found better results from much cheaper products. The smell isn’t appealing either, it’s not bad by any means but really not appealing. So expensive

Very expensive product, but I had bleached hair which was a bit lifeless and needed a bit of help so upon seeing this product on Instagram, I decided to invest. I do think the product made my hair feel thicker and denser, the fact you have to skip conditioner to use it, meant my dry hair was missing out on the much needed hydration. This meant that few weeks down the line I noticed my hair was shedding more and breaking off much more as in short I started to experience protein overload, which now needs to be balanced out by all the hydration I can get.

The first time I used this, my hair felt incredible afterwards, like I'd just returned from the hairdresser and they'd put some kind of magic serum in my hair. It was very soft and so easy to comb! The next few uses, however, did not manage to give me the same result and left me a little disappointed as I could not see a huge difference compared to when I was using conditioner. It still makes my hair feel really nice, but this product is too expensive for me to buy again for just that. I should probably add that I have very strong, barely damaged hair as I haven't dyed it in years, only use heat to style it a few times a year and take good care of it in general. The effect might be more visible on hair that needs repair more, so maybe the product just wasn't the perfect match for me.
