Unfortunately a setback
Unfortunately not a lover of Essie. A huge amount of nail polish from the brand for quite an expensive price (10 euros each?). But after a day it starts chipping even though I use a basecoat and topcoat from Essie.

So, the nails are lacquered again! Unfortunately, I had to make them very short since two nails had broken down. Before I paint my nails, I clean them with an acetone-free nail polish remover. Then I grease my hands with a hand and Vaseline nail cream (check my shelf) and gently push my cuticles back with a bucker's foot. Then the paint starts! I use a Douglas nail hardener before applying my nail colour. This time I chose Bahama Mama van Essie, a very beautiful color that lies between red and purple. To finish it, I apply a top coat, again from Douglas. What does your nail polish routine look like? Tips to prevent broken nails?

To be honest, I was so done with my brittle nails that I just started wearing fake nails. At least they don't break.

I have with nail polish that it always gets ugly after 3 days, I put this nail polish on my nails exactly a week ago and it's still pretty! Only the initiation is no longer fluent.

Hi Perhaps try a different base and top coat? It's been with me for a week. I start with a layer of Orly's Bonder (slightly rough base coat for adhesion) Then 2 layers of Essie Then layer Seche Vite topcoat Topcoat again a few hours later Possibly another layer of topcoat 2-3 days. The Essie Gel Setter is also a great topcoat. Good luck!
