Toco-tholin etherische olie

Like many with me.. migraines! A recurring problem. You seriously try everything. Now that I found this toco? super! Tip you to sleep, not too close to your eyes please, because then it won't work out ;-) But, it calms my mind and I often fall asleep quickly afterwards.

I read that this product is perfect for headaches and then to use on your temples. Now I wonder if this product is also suitable for use on sensitive facial skin or if it is a just too “sharp” product?

How many times a day can you apply the toco-tholin essential oil?
