Relieves headaches
A very old remedy (know it from my mother). With headaches, this oil really relieves! I do something on my sleep and forehead and it's relaxing.

Fresh air!
Rediscovered because my sister won't leave home without Toco-tholin! I used to get a spoonful of sugar with a few drops of oil for sore throat, or a few drops on your forehead for headache. Now I use it when my nose is clogged, very fine. Airways open and I feel a lot brighter. Very nice and useful bottle!

No panacea!
Let me first say that this product provides relief for headaches or stuck muscles. But this does NOT work with migraine. Migraine is a brain disease and these types of liniment do not help against that. It cools and refreshes, but nothing more than that. No problem at this price, but saying that it helps with migraines I find deception.

Hi Lindah, I would have misunderstood you. By the way, I do use it during migraine attacks. Does it cure migraines? No, absolutely not, but due to the cooling, it often anesthetizes a large part of the pain during migraines. For example, I often have so much pain during the attacks that I can't even put my head on a pillow or whatever, I then smear my forehead, temples and neck and depending on where the pain is at that moment, I also drip it between my hair. I just don't use it for eye migraines. Sometimes I also use a cold pack from the fridge to make the cold even more intense, which sedates me enough that I can sleep well to try to sleep away the migraine, of course in combination with my migraine medication. So no, it does not heal, but yes, it can be a good tool.
