The product it's self if great makes my hair look and feel so healthy I got the espresso one. BUT the packaging lets it down big time. If you want this style of bottle you really need it to be pump action. To get the remaining product out I had to unscrew the lid and smack it to get the rest out even then it didn't all come out. Like I said I love the product but packaging needs looked at
