Great kohl pencil at a small price. I'm not normally a koh pencils person myself, but I use these to make a small wing. Very nice that it is waterproof, so the wings stay in place all day long. The structure is a bit creamy which is nice to apply. You can also make beautiful smokey eyes with it, wipe out a little with a harder brush after application. Also very suitable for your waterline due to its waterproofness

Resists a temper
I was able to test this product and can give an honest review after a few days. I tested the pencil immediately (of course). I'm not a fan of kohl pencils, I don't like a black water line but I only tested it like that at home. It's nice to wear, it glides over your waterline. Some pencils feel a bit harsh about that. So if you're looking for a nice kohl for your waterline, recommend it! Making a smokey eye with this was more difficult. It stains a little and not a nice black color. I finally managed to make a cat eye. This is not easy because the tip is quite thick but with policy it is possible. But then, and this is where this kohl earned its points with me... waterproof a la Dutch notions. The first day I had to wear this pencil, I had to cycle back home from work in the rain, mind you... this was a full 30 minutes due to a gigantic downpour. I came home and my kohl was still 99.9% in place like I had it in the morning. I have pretty oily skin so everything I put on my eyes is usually somewhere else at the end of the day. I was stunned, I had another party afterwards and didn't have to do anything. Highly recommended for people who like to use a kohl pencil. Soft and stays in place.

talking eyes with eye pencil on waterline
Fine black eye pencil! Easy to use. Nice combination is to complete the look the smooth lash princes mascara and eyeshadow from catrice (color adjusted to eye color) and eyeliner to make a wing. This way you get very talking eyes
