Great
I tested the rimmel scandaleyes waterproof kohl kajal. It's pretty black and easy to apply so that's great. It is also certainly waterproof but luckily you can easily remove it with makeup remover. Everywhere I am satisfied with this product only the only downside is that it is quite soft so it goes up pretty quickly and the tip quickly becomes a stub. But beyond that, I definitely recommend him!

Rimmel London oogpotlood
I was able to test the Rimmel London Scandal Eyes waterproof eye pencil. I tried the eye pencil in different ways. - The heart is the result immediately after application: It is immediately noticeable that the product is easy to apply and has a very nice rich black color. - The first square is when you try to blend the product immediately after application: If you try to blend the product immediately, you can smoke it fairly well. You can see that you have to work incredibly fast, because gradually it gets slightly lighter. - The last square is when you wait a little while and then try to blend: My advice is not to wait, even after 20 seconds you see that it can't be blended anymore. The product becomes smudged and my brush took the product further away. The second photo is the result when I rub my finger over it and the last photo when I have held it under the tap. In terms of use, I tested it on my waterline, as an eyeliner above my eyes and tried to make a smokey eye with it. I am most excited about the use in the water line. I think it's a good product for this. The transfer is minimal and easy to remove. Making a smokey eye with this is possible, but it is quite difficult. You have to work super fast and use more and more product to build it up in very small parts. I would rather use a non-waterproof eye pencil to have more time blending the product. Then I use a little bit of black eyeshadow and it won't go any way anymore. As a normal eyeliner above the eye, I'm not a fan of it either: if you touch it, you wipe it away/out and end up on your finger. I'm not impressed by all and all. I have to say that I think it is an excellent product in terms of price-quality ratio. If you would like to have a deep black, long-lasting eye pencil for your waterline then it is definitely recommended!

Great oogpotlood
It is a waterproof eye pencil and that is certainly noticeable. It goes off hard also with makeup remover, which is not necessarily a bad sign because if you choose a waterproof product you want it to stay in place as well. What is less of a point about this eye pencil is that it has a thick tip and breaks it off quickly. It is not a precise point with which you can draw a line and that is a shame, also the point broke with me immediately when I tested the product on my hand. It's a great eye pencil and I would buy it myself.
