Retinol 1% in Squalane

Recently I bought this' Retinol 'from The Ordinary, I've been using it for about 2 months but didn't dare at first because I read a lot of reviews about your skin causing more impurities. And it doesn't help at all and you would get more Acne. So I've been using it for 2 months now, and I have to admit that this really helps me against the yeast bumps that I have on my cheeks, chin and forehead. They have completely disappeared on my forehead and now they are slowly disappearing on the chin and cheeks. When I first used it, I noticed that my subcutaneous impurities on my cheeks were “fresh”. As an extra tool, I also use the Hema 'Dot patches' to accelerate the process myself. As a result, I still had some dark spots, but I'll conjure them up with a dry lotion. I'm a big fan of The Ordinary. My current routine consists of 6 products from this brand. Retinol 1% in squalene is one of them. I use this product every night. I first started with the Granative Retinoid and then I switched to the lowest percentage of Retinol and so excited to 1%. With Retinol you have to work up slowly. I can't tell exactly which The Ordinary product gives which effect. But my skin is much tighter and smoother. My complexion is nicer. In fact, some fine starting lines have disappeared again. And I'm sure the Retinol has something in between. The product is easy to tolerate for me. I'm not experiencing any itching or irritation. The product does have a slightly less pleasant smell. But since I use this before bed, it doesn't bother that much.

This is a great pure product that I use 3x pw in the evening in combination with the lacid acid 10% and then close with the Natural moisturizing factor+HA. The perfect anti age combi 🤗 The other evenings I use other products from the ordinary, so that the skin does not get 'too accustomed'. Highly recommended and also if you suffer from dark spots 👌👌👌 And don't start too late Prevent better than cure (wrinkles) 😇
