With its creamy, light and soft consistency, the Elf Putty Blush should be easily applied to the skin. The blush contains argan oil and vitamin c and is supposed to be buildable according to the manufacturer.

Small blusher ideal size
Small size blusher , goes on creamy and stays if I use a fixer otherwise only lasts an hour. I also use this product to colour my lips - so this putty blush is great to pop in your pocket when you are out and don’t want to carry lots of cosmetics around.

How should I apply putty blush? I'm not sure how to place it evenly. Should I use a brush, my finger, or something else?

Flawless under eye
What you can do to get really flawless under eyes is if you mix ur blush with ur concealer or put it on underneath just before it makes it look airbrushed
