Goede highlighter 

I bought the rare beauty highlighter a few weeks ago, as I wanted to test out this brand. The highlighter is good and shines beautifully, but for me, I think it's just a little too subtle and wiped off a little too quickly. Maybe if I apply a slightly thicker layer, it will be brighter
