Shine beautifully, nourish, pigment no less!
Reduces uneven skin tone by 20% Improves overall appearance by 27% Reduces pigmentation by 16% 🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴 Hey, boy. A lot is being said about it, isn't it!! But now, in practice, that's what it's all about, after all. 🤣 I've been using serums for years but I've never found anything that works for my pigmentation, so I was a bit skeptical. In the morning, after showering, dripped the serum with a pipette, 5 drops is enough, (and don't forget your cleavage, I have some pigmentation at 56 years old now) then a day cream, then my #holygrail Chanel CC cream, care and coverage in one tube 🥰. Yes, I also apply this very thinly to my eyes, it doesn't irritate me, it's just a good care and primer in one. NOTE: It is normal for vitamin C products to darken after opening due to exposure to air and light. 🔴 I always put all the bottles back in the box! Let it be withdrawn and only then the @ Advanced Brightening UV Defense SPF50, (sun protection to prevent new pigmentation and reduce visible pigmentation). (tranexamic acid and niacinamide for clear, even skin tone.) But the sun isn't shining right now, right? Always, always... wear sun protection all year round. If I had known this in my teenage years, I would still have had smooth skin by now. Really 😧 The narrow dosing tip on the tube is perfect for applying small dots all over your face and décolleté. It gives a beautiful shine!!! And only after this step do I make up my face and spray it off. So far, it's really making me very happy. I've been using it for two weeks now. Last night, I saw, and I'm not lying, that my pigment spots have lightened. I'll keep you posted on how things are going in a few weeks. Love Jó x Just an update: So far, the pigment spots have not diminished. I use it every day purely for care and no longer have the illusion that the spots become invisible. I think this can only be done by laser cutting. I once had Paula's Choice vitamin c serum and, to be honest, I really liked it visibly on the face. In short: Now the serum bottle is empty! 🤔 In terms of care, it is perfect. I do miss a good serum right now. It didn't do anything for my pigmentation spots but that wouldn't be the reason for me to buy it. Although in recent weeks, I've been told regularly that I look good 😳🤣. Maybe it's because of the serum. Who knows. Here is the claim: Reduces uneven skin tone by 20% Improves overall appearance by 27% Reduces pigmentation by 16% #skinceuticals @skinceuticals

Long term
I've heard a lot about Skinceuticals' vitamin C line, specifically. There are various Vitamin-C products, including Phlorentin CF, which is for dry, acne-prone skin. This product prevents pigmentation, but it is only visible in the long term. It's only been a week since I've been using the Vitamin C serum and sunscreen, so I don't really see much of a difference for now. I'm using three drops of the Vitamin C serum. The serum has a distinct scent when applied, but I can live with it. I do notice that my skin feels drier than normal and that I do have a few pimples, but maybe my skin needs to get used to the Vitamin C serum. The sunscreen is okay, I don't have a comprehensive opinion about it myself. I probably wouldn't buy the sunscreen myself. The Vitamin C serum may be, but that's because this brand works with a certain formula that keeps Vitamin C intact. That is why this product is also a bit more expensive.

Strong-smelling serum with limited results
I received a very nice product to test. I've had pigment spots and spots on my face for a while now. The Skinceuticals products might fade them away! So I have high expectations. When 'unboxing', I was initially disappointed with the size of the 2 products. The serum and spf cream both contain only 15 ml While using it, I notice that I really don't need to use much of the serum. 4 drops is enough. I should use the cream 'generously', as recommended with all spf. As a result, the amount is disappointing. Especially when you consider that the products should be used together. The cream will run out much sooner. The serum is quite watery liquid. I don't like that very much. Wasting is looming. I prefer a slightly thicker substance. I really don't like the smell, even my friend smells it. And I can still smell it in the first few hours after use. My skin is already well used to a high concentration of vitamin c, I can simply use the serum daily on my dry sensitive skin. However, it does feel tight after application, which I don't like. The Spf is a nice, soft, almost odorless cream that spreads finely and removes the feeling of tightness after the serum. However, I often use my own day cream first and then the spf to make my skin feel good and prepare it for makeup. I do wonder if the cream adds anything to the effect. My own spf will probably work fine too. And then the result - Well, 2 weeks is far too short to really see a change, but we are eves would like a review and first impression already. Has the pigmentation faded? I can't see anything yet. Due to the color difference, the photos do not provide an accurate picture, but the spots are still clearly visible. I will continue with the serum if I don't like the scent too much and hope it will pay off.
