FOR THE HEAVY BLEADERS? (tip: the organicup is exactly the same in terms of material as the kruidvat variant, only the organicup packaging is more durable and supports young girls in Africa to make this kind of products available) I must say that I like the concept of the menstrual cup very much. Most women do it in the morning and in the evening it will be cleaned and reinstated for the night. Environmentally friendly and extremely practical. In addition, you can keep track of how much blood you lose due to the mL dashes indicated on the cup. But... For women who have more blood loss than average (more than 20-80 ml per menstruation), it is difficult to use outdoors. Anyway, you need to get a skill in getting in and out of the cup first. But unlike tampons, hand washing (and sometimes the cup) is really necessary. When you're in a public toilet, that's not very pleasant (but not impossible either). On my hard days I lose 50 mL of blood (which is lost on average throughout the menstrual period). A cup fits up to 20 mL, but I notice that it starts to leak at 15 mL. An idea is a size bigger, which I'm definitely going to try. I will then update my review:)

Organicup
I recently purchased a to long doubt. It's quite an investment for when you don't know if it works or not. The great thing is that you don't have to bring and buy tampons all the time. But if you have a lot of blood loss, you can't withhold the cup for the specified time. So you really have to change more often. That's really awkward at work. I also think the insertion is another practice. I doubt it will be a must.

Hate - Love Relationship with Organi Cup 🌱 - disclaimer, this review doesn't include as fresh details 😅 - About a year ago I purchased this cup and have gained enough experience to share my experiences about it. Why I chose this cup? To stop using tampons during my period! I am deliberately concerned with the environment and try to reduce my 'waste' in as many areas as possible. So during my period. Why a love-hate relationship? That the cup is less environmentally stressing is one. It is also easy to clean and I can't stand to see the 'contents' when taking off the cup. In addition, I find the biggest advantage that I don't have to change tampons during the day every time I go to the bathroom. I empt/clean my cup morning and evening. Ideal! The biggest drawback of the cup is that he sometimes' Plops' me and I then leak me through. Well, you can imagine that this isn't exactly nice when this happens when you're exercising, bending down at work or turning around in your sleep. This is why I often don't grab the cup first when I get my period. However, I urge myself to give it a monthly chance and use at least once. Sometimes I only use it once, but lately I notice that I use it more often and have used it completely over the last period! So it's getting used to yeah, such a cup. Aside from the inconvenience of 'popping', I am delighted with it! I find it more hygienic than tampons and all the way than sanitary napkins 😖

A friend of mine once took those cups and she got 3 sizes in that package, maybe it's just the size
