NIVEA Waterproof

This makeup remover is quite handy for removing normal mascara, and it's also nice and compact to take with you wherever you go. It doesn't work very well for waterproof mascara, but it still does a reasonable job of cleaning your face. The promises on the packaging may not be fully fulfilled, but overall, the product does its job well.

I tried this product with a washable cotton pad for a while. Normally, I remove my mascara with a rotating motion, but this did not work with this remover. I tried to penetrate the cotton wool with the product and keep an eye on it for a while to “soak” the mascara off. This worked better but not quite optimal, this product would work well for normal mascara! By the way, I wouldn't recommend it for waterproof mascara. Great product, but it doesn't promise what's on the package.

nivea-waterproof eye makeup remover: This product removes your makeup and cleanses your face. It does not easily remove my waterproof mascara. I therefore use this product in the evening to remove my makeup and also cleanse my face, then I use another facial cleanser, then I use my serums and night cream! It is a nice mild care milk. Comes in a nice package and you don't need much of it, so it lasts a long time. It contains chamomile and provitamin B5, which efficiently moisturize your skin, while supporting the skin's natural renewal process. I prefer to use oil-based micelar water! It is available at drugstores and costs around €5, -. It doesn't have a strong smell, which I also like. (Tester) -xxx-
