Oh My Hair Gummies

I'm going to test this product in the coming months. The gummies look nice and taste good. Satisfied so far

I love candy so taking these Gummies every day was really no punishment. Lovely! But whether it really had an effect... I wonder. My hair hasn't really improved, I don't see any difference.

This is my 4th jar of hair gummies from the Kruidvat. I've taken the bears faithfully every day! . First of all, I like them to taste great, it looks like sweets. My hair has grown over the past few months and it shines more. I think my hair has grown about 3 cm. I quit the gummies now because I have the idea that it doesn't work. In addition, I haven't been to the hairdresser for a long time, because of Corona. In itself, I think it is logical that my hair has grown slightly because I don't cut it either. I also had blood pricked because I was curious about my vitamin content and it turned out that my vitamin B content was on the high side. Unfortunately, I had no comparison material. So it does something by itself. Conclusion: I don't know if it works for me, but it doesn't hurt.
