I like these gummies myself, but a very artificial flavor. In terms of result... well. I don't really notice any difference and I'm working on my third game. So I don't suffer from the negative points mentioned by others here, but I don't notice a positive effect either. What I like a very good point, the gummies don't contain sweeteners but just sugar. I find sweeteners very dirty and this is one of the few that doesn't contain them.

After trying many different hair products for strong and healthy hair, my little sister advised me these hair gummies. Now I see a slight improvement and my hair looks more vivid but I've had a haircut in the meantime. Perhaps a combination of both. At least they taste great! 🥰
