Moroccanoil Treatment Purple

I'm already a big fan of the normal moroccanoil treatment, so you can understand how excited I was when this violet variant came out with my bleached hair! Since I bleached my hair, my hair has been a lot dryer, and the oil ensures that my hair is nourished and soft. Despite the fact that I have fine hair, this oil does not make my hair greasy and heavy, but I do have this with other hair oils. The smallest version of this oil is 25 ml but make no mistake: it can last you a long time. A little goes a long way! The glass bottle gives a luxurious look, although a pump would have been more pleasant for distributing the oil. Now that is a bit awkward and you have to close the bottle again with oily hands. This product has purple pigments to remove yellow tones from your hair. I must honestly say that I see a minimal effect from this. Because of the bright purple color, I expected the same effect as silver shampoos or conditioners, but that is definitely not the case. Despite that, I do like the product, but when this bottle runs out, I will probably use the normal moroccan oil again for this reason.

First of all, the fact that this product also has the lovely scent of Moroccanoil again makes me very happy, which also always lingers in my hair 😍. In addition, it is also a delicious lightweight oil that is great for use on dry hair without weighing the hair down or making it greasy! But of course, this is not just an oil, but it also has purple pigments to get warm tones out of the hair. The product certainly does what it promises! However, this is not as effective as a silver shampoo such as a Fanola, but it is a super nice product for subtly maintaining the color or keeping a hair color with a not too ashy tint. A nice thing about this is that it is not as drying as most toning products. After using it a few times in a row, I certainly notice a positive difference in terms of color! So definitely recommended.

Moroccanoil's purple treatment is really nice! It is a light oil that makes my hair less frizzy and super well cared for. It makes my points super soft. But I personally don't notice the purple color that the oil has. But this may have to do with the fact that I have blonde hair, but not ashy hair.
