1e x foundation
Joe, hi! It lasted a while. In winter my skin was so dry that I didn't dare to test anything. I was allowed to test the foundation from Anila Cos metics. I never use foundation myself, I liked doing this. Although the foundation I chose wasn't entirely my colour. I thought it stayed nice.

✅ Beautiful natural result, 🌱 fine ingredients ❌ annoying application
Honestly, I'm not a fan of foundation in general. I often think it looks so exaggerated “done”. Everyone knows about those girls with a pancake face, whose face is orange and the neck suddenly white. Oops 😅 But apart from that, I also notice that my skin often doesn't handle it very well. The day after I worn foundation, I suddenly have some pimples (when I don't normally suffer)... Since I don't feel the need to go through life like an orange pancake with pustules (I mean, who does?) , my interest has shifted from makeup to skin care lately. Because: healthy skin doesn't need makeup ✨ So with a reasonably skeptical attitude, I went into the test. But WOW, what am I positively surprised by this foundation of @anilacosmetics. I was genuinely surprised myself that I was so surprised 😂 This is because my standards for foundation are very high. A product has to be very good if it can get a spot in my morning routine. That spot in my morning routine certainly got this product. I didn't think I'd say that. The mineral foundation has a fairly light coverage which makes a pancake head out of the question. Also, I don't get any pustules from the formula, and the product contains titanium dioxide and zinc oxide, which gives your skin extra protection from the sun. ☀️ The only minus is the packaging. The jar contains loose powder that you need to sprinkle on the lid and then powder over your face with a large brush. Me me this first time became 1 big mess, powder everywhere. I'm still not super handy at it, maybe that's gonna come? The experience with a product is important to me. That's why I give this product 4 stars instead of 5.

Dear Taarara, Wow, what a nice review you wrote and great to hear that our mineral foundation has been incorporated into your morning routine. This is also what we do it for. Look flawless without a pancake face and also very good for your skin. Acne was also one of the reasons that the owner started using and making this makeup her own. You say that you don't like the packaging and that it became a mess. This is possible the first time. It also takes a knack and practice applying loose mineral makeup the first time. In any case, loose powder always sticks compared to liquid or compact makeup. A tip is to gently pat the brush into the lid and then tap the bottom of your brush so that the powder can sink into the brush properly. Then you can first apply the brush to your face by dabbing and then massage the makeup onto your face with a circular motion. This way, you have less chance of the powder dusting. After practicing twice, you won't know any better. You can also put some powder on a saucer and then brush over it with your brush. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us. We are ready with whatsapp 31 (0) 850470231 or by email at info@anilacosmetics.nl and are happy to watch with you. Preferably Susan

Powder foundation
Hey it's been a while 🙈 I received this mineral foundation for testing (thank you so much! ) I normally wear a liquid foundation so I found it exciting to use a powder foundation once. I really like this product because it has a natural feel on your face, it makes sure you don't really see you have a lot of foundation (bye bye putty low) If you want to go for a no makeup makeup look I really recommend this. I have a problem with this cold weather of dry skin but with this powder foundation it doesn't make my skin drier (or course not to prime is a crime) but it is suitable for all types of skin types. I did find that when I first got all those samples that they don't have that many colors for dark people, and I think that's important to me. I also think it's a bit more expensive for teenagers (I'm only 16 and wouldn't buy it myself with my low salary) Despite that, I really think it's a top product! I definitely recommend this product!

Hi Noaestelle, Super nice that you tested our mineral foundation and for writing your honest review. Glad to hear you love the foundation. Once you get used to mineral makeup, you really don't want anything else. Because the foundation melts with your own skin oils, you don't have a filler layer like you've already experienced. This is one of the many benefits of mineral makeup. You say that you think our product is too expensive and that this is a reason not to buy the foundation, which is a shame to hear. We think it's important that everyone should be able to use and buy good care makeup. We will definitely take this with us. It takes a lot to make up and make sure it's good for the skin. Thanks again for your review. Love Nikoletta

Dear Tamsz, Super nice that you tested our mineral foundation. Thanks also for your honest review. Glad to hear that, even though your skin was on the dry side, you still liked the foundation. Too bad to hear that, despite the testers, the color wasn't the right color for you. Love Nikoletta
