Mind Hand Sanitizer

I got this product in a goodie box once. I kept it for holidays because you want to disinfect your hands more often, for example on the go. It seemed like an ideal product because it would not only disinfect but also take care of your hands. I really didn't notice any of that at all. It smells ok, really like a sanitizer, but grooming doesn't do it. I'm making the tube but certainly won't buy a new one.
