Madagascar Centella Soothing Cream

The Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Water-Fit Sun Serum SPF50 is a great serum with spf. I have sensitive skin and sometimes I find spfs can be irritating, but this serum is so hydrating and soothing to my skin, It isn’t heavy or sticky, and is great for under makeup. Also the packaging is so very stylish.

Sometimes I go overboard on exfoliations with acids and peel off masks… and end up in a bad state of regret and a completely destroyed skin barrier! I recently saw this product (and the ampoule) as a recommendation to repair skin barriers on Instagram so took the plunge. I am so glad I did! It did not irritate my skin at all. The product is like a greenish gel-cream. Spreads easily and non greasy. It dries to a slightly tacky feel (so non matte) which is my preference. For me I can use it under make up. There’s not much of a fragrance but most importantly it’s helped soothe my skin, less redness and will definitely repurchase! If I could give it 6 stars I would!

This is already my second tube 🤭 I only bought 30ml first and now 75ml. I have been using this Madagascar Centella soothing cream for 3 months with the other products that belong to this line, but in this review I will only talk about this soothing cream. The soothing cream has a gel texture and is brownish in color. When applying the product, it does not stick and absorbs very quickly into the skin. The Centella in this soothing cream has a calming effect on my skin, so I don't actually suffer from irritation, itching or bump outbreaks anymore. Even after 3 months of use, I am still satisfied and, like other soothing creams, I do not have irritations after 1.5 months, which is why I bought a larger tube. I can definitely recommend it but I would definitely try it out for 1.5 months first, they have a small size of 30ml and even a mini set. Then you know for sure if this line also works for your skin.
