Previously, you had a cold sore for at least 10 days... luckily that time is over now! As soon as I notice that my resistance is less, I will swallow L-Lysine and prevent cold sores. It does want to prevent you from getting cold sores and then I will swallow immediately at the first tingling and the bump will pull back. I recommend everyone to have standard L-lysine in the house
