L-Lysine

I often suffer from cold sores and now take L-Lysine every time I feel one coming up again. Usually my cold sore won't come through. So it works perfectly! I can't live without it anymore! At Holland & Barrett, there are also often fun promotions that allow you to get the product cheaper. The disadvantage is that the pills are quite large. So it's not so pleasant to swallow.

This product is not remarkably different from other L-Lysine. I'm not a fan of H&B products myself, even though I've worked there. They are expensive in relation to quality. I use the Lysine mainly when I feel a cold sore coming up, I'm really quick. The result is usually that he won't get through. But that might as well be a coincidence of course!

A cold sore often occurs when your resistance is low, for example because you slept badly for a few nights or drink a lot of alcohol. Now I take l lysine by default at such times, and it really works!
