K18 Damage Shield Shampoo

I've been testing the @ [~ k18 -netherlands] shampoo for a month now and I do notice a lot of difference with how my hair and scalp normally feel. My standard shampoo is a bit less strict, more nourishing and foams less. Compared to the K18 shampoo, which actually foams well and washes my hair really well after washing. The shampoo was difficult to get out of the bottle at first. It is a gel-like formula that is very thick and sticky. While rinsing, I notice that it left my hair very dry, as well as my hands. In recent weeks, I also noticed more dryness on my scalp, which caused a lot of itching. Maybe a great option for people with a very oily scalp, but for me, this was a disadvantage. However, my hair itself feels very strong and nourished. It's easier to style and looks so beautiful! I just notice that my hair is strong and shiny from start to finish. All in all, super good shampoo, you notice and feel that it is of very good quality, but unfortunately not my best product personally. I have bleached, dry hair and was really curious if the K18 damage shield shampoo and conditioner would make my hair shinier. Every time after using the shampoo, I noticed that it made my hair extra dry and tangy compared to another shampoo. When I then applied the conditioner, my hair immediately changed to super soft and supple. When my hair has dried, I notice that it shines more than before and is no longer frizzy. I would recommend it, especially the conditioner!

I've used the shampoo and conditioner a few times now. Unfortunately, it doesn't work as well as I'd hoped. The shampoo foams well and my hair feels soft afterwards. In combination with my normal curl routine, it gives worse results than many times cheaper products. It makes my hair very fluffy and my curls are only good on day 1. The price-quality ratio is not what I expected. I think it's too expensive for what it gives. Unfortunately, the packaging is not convenient either. It is a wide round bottle made of hard plastic. To get the product out, you have to squeeze really hard and I had trouble with it.
