Hydra Végétal Gel Cream

I really like this cream but I think it is suitable for really dry skin. I usually use it in summer because it moisturises well. In winter I find that it remains very superficial on the skin. It is easy to spread but it is not quickly absorbed. I have mixed or even normal skin.

Ideal for my skin type, namely combination. When applying the cream, I have no sticky feeling. The cream absorbs almost immediately and leaves a softer feeling. I use it twice a day (morning and evening), as I haven't found the right night cream yet. But this works great!

Hi Evies, I've been using this Yves Rocher day cream for a month now. I was looking for a replacement for my My Clarins RE-BOOST day cream because it was a little too thick for the summer. Because I have oily skin quickly, it is very difficult to find a suitable cream. I had tried the SPF version of this cream before but was also too thick and oily for me. However, this cream is very light and fluffy and spreads well. It dries quickly and works well with my concealer and foundation. After a few hours, I do get oily skin again. So it doesn't work great for the really hot days, but it's certainly suitable for my skin when it's not 30C 😉 In addition, my skin certainly feels well hydrated. I'm not bothered by flakes or dry spots anymore! I sometimes had this with other creams before. The cream also smells good, not dominant and not too musty. In short, a good balance between light and hydrating at the same time. A keeper for me, though. X - Female 💕
