Great eye primer for under your eye shadow. It ensures that even glitters stay where you put them on. And eyeshadow that, without this primer, suddenly decides to go off your eyelid and bivouac in your fold in the middle of the day, stays perfectly in place with this primer. You don't need much of it either. So as far as I'm concerned, highly recommended!
