Eyeshadow Primer

I really think this is a terrible eyeshadow primer. Pro: Does apply easily Con: My eyeshadow looks the same if I don't use this primer It takes away my foundation

Help! They replaced my favorite eye primer! So I always had the eye primer of the etos. Super budget, great! But they replaced the pink tube and now there is a green one. Then you think; who cares?! But they also replaced the substance. Where it was very thick at first, dry and matte, it is now very liquid and a bit greasy. I notice that my eyeshadow stays a lot less beautiful now! Really fat stupid and pity!! So now I'm looking for an affordable replacement? Who knows the perfect one?
