Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair 50 ML

I'm 40 years old and have been using this for about 10 years. I don't use it every day, mostly during the winter to be honest, when everything is a bit dry! I find if I use it every day I get little oil filled pimples, not spots, just tiny pimples. But it doesn't stop me from using it!!!
